I just love it when the diaper change is complete and then I realize he has peed all over himself. Sadly, I only notice this after I pick him up and try to figure out why the back of his head is soaking wet. I still have no idea how this is possible. But, yes, it just happened.

And this may not have been the first time. Must be why he is all smiles on the changing table 🙂
